The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition to call for records relating to the 3rd respondent's order made in Ref.No.COE/SDE/BU-ICAI/2013/1673, dated 22.03.2013, to quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to declare the result of the petitioner by valuing the answer scripts of the petitioner for the examination held on 06.07.2012 in subject https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that pursuant to challenge of the impugned order, the petitioner has left the course and joined some other course. Hence, the prayer in the Writ Petition become infructuous. Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No Costs.
