1. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

2. It is seen that the petitioner was granted bail on 26.10.2016 by the Principal Sessions Court, Ariyalur in Crl.MP.No.742 of 2016 on certain conditions, one of which is that, on his release from jail, he should report before the Judicial Magistrate, Jayankondam daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders. Seeking modification of the said condition, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. There is no illegality or infirmity in the order passed by the Principal Sessions Court, Ariyalur warranting the interference of this Court. Hence, this petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to the Principal https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
