This criminal original petition has been filed for a direction to the 2nd respondent to alter the offence in crime No.30/2024 from Section 174 Cr.P.C. to Section 302 IPC.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions, submitted that after completion of investigation in crime No.30/2024, the offence has been altered to Section 304(II) IPC and about to file final report. In crime No.30/2024. He further submitted that there is no material to attract offence under Section 302 IPC as against the accused.
