This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to relax the condition of the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tiruppur, order made in Crl.MP.No.747 of 2016, dated 03.08.2016 "the petitioner shall before the respondent police daily twice morning 10.30 a.m. and evening 5.00 p.m. for until further orders".

2. In Crl.OP.No.20027 of 2016, this Court had only modified the condition with regard to the deposit of the amount. Rest of the conditions imposed in Crl.M.P.No.747 of 2016 by the Principal District and Sessions Judge, was directed to remain the same.
