When the Principal District Court, Puducherry. is also empowered to modify its own order, it would not be appropriate to interfere with the order and modify the conditions imposed by the Court in Spl.C.C.No.04 of 2025.

2.Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed granting liberty to the petitioner to file an appropriate application seeking for modification of the order dated 23.06.2025 in Spl.C.C.No.04 of 2025 before the Principal District Court, Puducherry.
