ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 120B, 420, 406, 294(b) and 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.10 of 2020, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that A1 cheated the defacto complainant by saying that he would get food materials tender and receiving a sum, thereafter, failed to do so. The fact remains that the alleged occurrence said to have taken place in the year 2019, but the complaint given in the year 2020. Hence, this complaint.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation not yet been completed. Hence, he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

5. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

6. Accordingly, the petition seeking anticipatory bail is dismissed.
