ORDER

The present revision petition has been filed seeking expeditious disposal of the suit in O.S.No.165 of 2025 pending on the file of the learned District Judge, Namakkal.

2. Considering the limited request made by the petitioner, notice to the respondents is dispensed with.

3. Pursuant to my order dated 29.07.2025, the learned Principal District Judge, Namakkal in D.No.5271 of 2025 dated 05.08.2025 has written to the Registry of this Court stating that the suit is of the year 2025 and the same was numbered only on 01.04.2025 and the defendants are yet to file written statements. In the mean time, an application was taken out for impleading of parties under Order 1 rule 10 of CPC and an interim application under Order 39 rule 1 & 2 of CPC was also filed for injunction. Hence, the learned Principal District Judge, Namakkal Page No.2 of 4

requested for one year time to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.165 of 2025 in accordance with law.

4. Considering that the suit is only of the year 2025, I am inclined to grant the time as requested by the learned Principal District Judge,

5. In the light of the above, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of with a direction to the learned Principal District Judge, Namakkal to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.165 of 2025 finally merits and in accordance with law on or before 31.07.2026, after hearing the parties. No costs.
