This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to withdraw the investigation in Crime No.1580 of 2016 on the file of the Inspector of Police, H-6, R.K.Nagar Police Station, Chennai and transfer the same to any other investigating Agency.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) on instructions submitted that the charge sheet has already been filed in Crime No.1580 of 2016 and the prayer to transfer the investigation has become infructuous.
