ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition has been filed to dispose of O.S.No.658 of 2018 pending on the file of the III Additional District Judge, Coimbatore, within a stipulated time fixed by this Court. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. 3.The plaintiffs in O.S.No.658 of 2018, who sought for partition, are before this Court, seeking expeditious disposal of the said suit pending on the file of the III Additional District Judge, Coimbatore. 4.It it seen that the said suit has been originally filed in the year 2013 and thereafter, renumbered while transferred to the file of the III Additional District Court, Coimbatore, in the year 2018. 5.Considering that the suit has been pending for more than 12 years and the suit is for partition, the III Additional District Judge, Coimbatore is directed to dispose of O.S.No.658 of 2018, on merits and in accordance with 2/4

law, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
