ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to rectifiy the alleged mistake in the FMB sketch and UDR for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, based on the registered sale deeds dated 18.04.1960 and 22.12.1969 referred to in the prayer to this writ petition, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2. The 3rd respondent is the contesting respondent and he is represented by learned counsel. Till date, the respective respondents have not been filed by their counter.
3. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner's representation, dated 08.05.2025 seeking rectification of the alleged mistake in the FMB sketch and UDR, is considered on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections of the 3rd respondent as well as any other party, whom the 1st respondent deems fit, within a Page No.2 of 4
time frame to be fixed by this Court. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.
4. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the 1st respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner's representation, dated 08.05.2025 seeking rectification of the alleged mistake in the FMB sketch and UDR in respect of the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, after giving due consideration to the registered sale deeds, dated 18.04.1960 and 22.12.1969 relied upon by the petitioner and after hearing the objections of the 3rd respondent as well as any other party whom the 1st respondent deems fit to enquire, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the aforesaid directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
