The petitioner filed a petition in "55 Register" No.3423 dated 17.06.2019 under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C, which has been dismissed by the Judicial Magistrate, Cheyyar, Thiruvannamalai District, on 09.07.2019 challenging which, this Criminal Revision is filed.
2. Heard Mr.K.Thenrajan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.G.Ramar, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents-State.
3. On a reading of the impugned order, this Court does not find any infirmity therein. That apart, an order of the Magistrate refusing to direct the police under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C on facts cannot be interfered with in revisional https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
jurisdiction. It is always open to the petitioner to file a private complaint under Section 200 Cr.P.C and prosecute the alleged offenders.
With the above observations, this Criminal Revision is closed.
