The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 99 days in preferring the present Criminal Revision Case against the order passed in C.A.No.38 of 2017 dated 16.11.2021 on the file of the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Kancheepuram District, Chengalpattu.

2. Heard both sides and perused the records.

3. Since, the petitioner is in jail, in oder to give an opportunity to the petitioner, this Court is inclined to condone the delay. Accordingly, the petition to condone the delay is ordered.
