O R D E R

Alleging the violation of the orders of this Court made in W.P.No.24668/2014 dated 16.02.2016, the present contempt petition has been filed.

When the matter was called today, Mrs.N.Mala, learned Additional Government Pleader (Pondicherry) appearing for the respondent fairly submitted that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Contempt Petition No.1470 of 2019 appeal filed by the respondents against the order passed by this Court in W.A.No.1342/2017 having been dismissed, two weeks time may be given for complying with the order of this Court made in W.P.No.24668/2014 dated 16.02.2016, namely, to refer the request of the petitioner to the civil court for determining enhanced compensation.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner has also accepted the same.

Recording the submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader (Pondicherry) appearing for the respondent, granting two weeks time to comply with the order passed by this Court, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
