ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 31.07.2023 and answer key challenges, dated 24.09.2022 in the post of Executive Officer Grade-IV included Group-VII Services.

2.The contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner applied for the post of Executive Officer Grade-IV included in Group-VIII Services and participated in the exam on 11.09.2022 conducted by the respondent Commission. Thereafter, the respondent Commission published the answer keys for the exam wherein choices given to the question did not correspond to the answer key. In this regard, the petitioner has sent a review, dated 24.09.2022, but the same has not been considered. Thereafter, the petitioner has sent a representation to the respondent on 31.07.2023, however, no orders have been passed till date. Hence, seeks direction of this Court.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that appropriate orders will be passed on the representation of the petitioner, within a short period.

4.Considering the limited scope of relief sought for in this Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 31.07.2023 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a month, from the date of receipt of a Page No.2 of 4

copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
