Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

In view of the orders already passed in M.P.No.1 of 2015 in W.P.No.30905 of 2015, on parity it is directed that the direction for execution of the gift deed as a pre-requisite for the construction of the property is stayed, but keeping the area which is sought to be gifted clear from construction. The application of the petitioner be processed by the 4th respondent within one month from today.

The application is disposed of.
