ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent herein to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 18.06.2025, for giving the petitioner adequate protection from the third respondent in Crime No.165 of 2025 on the file of the second respondent.

2. It is seen from the records that the respondents 1 and 2/Police received the representation of the petitioner, dated 18.06.2025 and they have not responded till date.

3. Therefore, the respondents 1 and 2/Police are directed to consider the representation, dated 18.06.2025 and after conducting enquiry, and if the petitioner so deserves, the respondents 1 and 2/Police are directed to extend adequate protection.

4. With the above observations and directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
