ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in para No.6(c) on the petitioners in Crl.OP.No.15307 of 2025, dated 21.05.2025, that the petitioners shall report before the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court at Poochampalli, every Monday to Friday at 10.30 a.m., and thereafter report before the respondent every Saturday and Sunday at 10.30 a.m for a period of two weeks until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.OP.No.15307 of 2025, dated 21.05.2025, that the petitioners shall report before the learned District Munsif

cum Judicial Magistrate Court at Poochampalli, every Monday to Friday at 10.30 a.m., and thereafter report before the respondent every Saturday and Sunday at 10.30 a.m for a period of two weeks until further orders, is relaxed.
