Prayer in W.P.No.27452 of 2012 Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for records relating to the impugned order made in OO.Mu.No.111718/D1 (E2) 2010, dated 15.12.2010 of the first respondent and to quash the same and consequently, to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to permit the petitioner to appoint a Sweeper and to approve the said appointment with effect from 01.06.2010.

Prayer in W.P.No.27453 of 2012 Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for records relating to the impugned order made in OO.Mu.No.111719/D1 (E2) 2010, dated 07.12.2010 of the first respondent to quash the same and consequently, to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to permit the petitioner to appoint a records clerk and to approve the said appointment with effect from 01.06.2010.
