This application has been filed to condone delay of 293 days in filing a petition to set aside the exparte Order passed against the applicant dated 14.09.2022 in the suit.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection in allowing this application.

3. The main Original Petition has been filed for grant of probate in respect of the Will of one K.Ramasamy. The applicant is the wife of the son of the testator. Considering the relationship between the parties and in order to give a fair opportunity to the applicant to contest the Original Petition, this application is Ordered as prayed for.

4. In the meanwhile, the registry is directed to post this Original Petition before Mediation Centre attached to this Court on 06.12.2023 and the parties are directed before the Mediation Centre on 06.12.2023.
