[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to the first respondent to produce the petitioner's wife Mrs.Kavitha, aged about 34 years, W/o. Srinivasan, before this Court and hand over her to the petitioner, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the detenue is secured and she has expressed her willingness to go with the petitioner.
