This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 351 days in filing petition to set aside the ex-parte judgment and decree dated 19.07.2022 in A.S.No.388 of 2014 and to rehear the appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents.

3. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and the submissions made by the learned counsels on either sides, the delay of 351 days in filing application for restoration is condoned.
