Respondent PRAYER: Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, to punish the respondent herein for committing contempt for disobeying the orders of this Court made in Crl.O.P.No.23668 of 2018 dated 13.11.2018.

ORDER

Cont.P.No.1415 of 2019 2.Though the order was passed on 13.11.2018, the same came to be ready only on 26.07.2019, as such, a period of three months stipulated by this Court had expired. Hence, the present contempt petition cannot be maintained. Though the respondent herein still has a period of three months from 26.07.2019 and later, if the petitioner is of the view that the final report is not filed even after expiry of the three months from 26.07.2019, it is open to the petitioner to file a contempt petition at that point of time.
