This application has been filed by the applicant seeking permission to file additional documents.

2. In the affidavit filed in support of the application, it is stated that at the time of filing of the Original Petition No.463 of 2016, the applicant has filed 10 documents. After OP is converted into TOS, the applicant traced out 12 additional documents, which are relevant to prove the case of the applicant.

3. Though the respondent was granted sufficient time, no counter has been filed so far.

4. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the application, this Court is inclined to allow the application.

Accordingly, this application is allowed. However, the applicant is permitted to mark the documents subject to relevancy, proof and admissibility. Registry is directed to post the matter before the learned Master.
