This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 225 days in filing the above criminal appeal against the order dated 20.09.2023 passed in Spl.S.C.No.30 of 2018, the complaint filed under Section 6 of the POCSO Act, by the learned Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Ariyalur.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 225 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
