Though there are several applications, in O.A.No.754 of 2019 which is filed seeking for interim injunction restraining the second respondent from in any manner encumbering, selling, alienating, transferring, parting with the possession of, dealing with, disposing of or developing or creating any third party right or interest of whatsoever nature and in any manner whatsoever nature and in any manner whatsoever in respect of the property bearing I.D.33 1 56 6/a 02 at Ward No.33 located at Davanagere Town having Katha No.936 at City MCCB Block near Venkateshwara temple Davanagere totally measuring 333.44 sq.mtrs (having 2 floor) in 891.567 sq.mrs owned by the second respondent, an order of interim injunction has been granted by this Court on 13.08.2019 which is in force till date.

2. It is now stated that one Mr.C.Balaji has been nominated as sole arbitrator to adjudicate the dispute between the Applicant and the respondents 1 to 3, pursuant to which, hearing date was fixed on 07.11.2019 before the learned Arbitrator.

3. The learned for the Applicant seeks for extension of the interim order granted in Application No.754 of 2019. Considering the submission made, interim order already granted in Application No.754 of 2019 is extended for a period of eight weeks. In respect of other applications where there are no interim orders, it is open to the applicant to move the arbitral tribunal for appropriate orders. http://www.judis.nic.in
