The condition imposed by this Court while granting bail on 13.06.2023 is sought to be modified.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor states that the petitioner is regularly complying the condition.

3.Hence the condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner should report before the respondent police once in a week on every Wednesday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
