ORDER

The petitioner, who is the defacto complainant in Cr.No.239/2011, has filed the present petition to transfer the investigation in Cr.No.239/2011 on the file of Kondapalayam Police Station, Tiruvallur District to the file of the Inspector of Police, C.B.C.I.D., Tiruvallur District.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would contend that investigation in Cr.No.239/2011 is concluded and a referred charge sheet was also filed in RCS.No.55/2014. According to him, the defacto complainant was also issued a notice in this regard.

3. In the facts and circumstances, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter and the petition is dismissed and the petitioner, if, so advised is directed to approach the concerned Court before which the referred charge sheet is filed.

4. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
