This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.14451 of 2023 dated 13.07.2023 that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30.a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly without any deviation.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners is relaxed. However, the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
