These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 222 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the erstwhile 5th respondent in the above appeal; to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the erstwhile 5th respondent in the above appeal; and to bring on record the 5th and 6th respondents herein as legal representatives of the erstwhile 5th respondent in the above appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for both sides. 3.Considering the submissions made and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, the delay is condoned and the petitions are allowed. Necessary amendments shall be carried out.
