When this writ petition was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, fairly, submitted that since the period mentioned in the tender itself is over, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

2. In view of the submission so made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed.
