CMP No.19437 of 2024 is filed to condone the delay of 731 days in filing the petition to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased 5th respondent M.Nandakumar in the above CRP. CMP No.19438 of 2024 is filed to set aside the abatement on account of the death of the 5th respondent M.Nandakumar in the above CRP. CMP No.19441 of 2024 is filed to bring on record the respondents 14 to 16 herein viz., 1. Mary (wife), 2.Vikas (son), 3.Padmapriya (daughter), as legal representatives of the deceased 5th respondent viz., M.Nandakumar in the above CRP.

CMP No.23453 of 2024 is filed to condone the delay of 734 days in filing the petition to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased 5th respondent M.Nandakumar in the above CRP. CMP No.23455 of 2024 is filed to set aside the abatement on account of the death of the 5th respondent M.Nandakumar in the above CRP. CMP No.23456 of 2024 is filed to bring on record the respondents 14 to 16 herein viz., 1. Mary (wife), 2.Vikas (son), 3.Padmapriya (daughter), as legal representatives of the deceased 5th respondent viz., M.Nandakumar in the above CRP.

uma CMP No.3372 of 2021 is filed to bring on record 1) R.Bharathi and 2) B.Geetha Gajalakshmi as legal representatives of the deceased 1st respondent viz., B.Nalini and rank them as respondents 14 and 15.

2. Mr.B.Ullasa Velan, learned counsel appearing for the legal heirs of the deceased Nandakumar and B.Nalini, has no objection to allow all these seven petitions.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of the petitions, these seven petitions are allowed. 12.06.2025 uma (1/2) Note: Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title of the said civil revision petitions.
