This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 23 days in filing the above criminal appeal against the order dated 17.03.2025 passed in C.C.No.15340 of 2022 on the file of the II Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 23 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
