O R D E R

This Petition has been filed before this Court under the caption "For extension of time" along with the report sent by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court No.II @ Coimbatore in D.No.305/2026 dated 07.02.2026.

2. It is seen from the records, while disposing the petition in Crl.O.P.No.19417 of 2023, this Court by an order dated 17.03.2025, directed the trial Court to complete the trial proceedings in STC.No.537 of 2022, within a period of six months. However, now the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court No.II @ Coimbatore has sent communication dated 07.02.2026 in D.No.305/2026 dated 07.02.2026, narrating the sequence of proceedings in STC.No.537 of 2022 and sought further time to complete the trial in the said case. 3.

Considering the above facts and circumstances of this case, this Court is inclined to grant further three months time to complete the trial in STC.No.537 of 2022 from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 29.04.2026 lok 2/4
