Challenging the order dated 11.08.2010 passed by the second respondent, the petitioner has come up with the present writ petition.
2.Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that it would suffice, if the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 06.09.2010 to the respondents requesting to lease out the temple land for residential purpose by following the existing rules, is directed to be considered by the respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has no serious objection in granting such relief to the petitioner.
4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court directs the respondents to dispose of the representation dated 06.09.2010 submitted by the petitioner, if not disposed of earlier, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
