This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to give permission to conduct the dance programme and Adal Paadal in the event of Muniappan Koil Thidal, Thoopaiyar, Penagaram Taluk, Dharmapuri District on 21.08.2016.

2. The date fixed for conducting the dance programme on 21.08.2016 has been lapsed. Hence, the prayer sought for in this petition is infructuous and this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
