SATHYA NARAYANA PRASAD CMP NO.21339 OF 2021 IN CRP(NPD) NO.4045 OF 2015 RENUKA [ PETITIONER ] Vs 1 DEIVATHAL [ RESPONDENTS ] 2 PARAMASIVAM 3 NIRMALA DEVI Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to order notice to the respondents 1 and 2 in the above C.R.P.No.4045 of 2015 by way of substituted service through paper publication by publishing the same in any one of the Tamil Daily newspapers having circulation in and around Tiruppur District (CMP NO.21339 OF 2021) Order : This petition coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.

MANOHARAN, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner, praying for an order of substituted service of notice on the respondents 1 & 2 in C.R.P(NPD)No.4045 of 2015, by way of paper publication in any one of the Tamil Daily newspapers having circulation in and around Tiruppur District.

2. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as prayed for.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to take substituted service of notice on the respondents 1 & 2 in the aforesaid Civil Revision Petition, by way of effecting Paper Publication in one issue of the Tamil Daily Newspaper viz., Maalai Malar, Tiruppur Edition, on or before 11.01.2022, indicating the date of hearing as 12.01.2022.
