This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking amendment of the petitioner's name as "Govindaiah @ Govindan" instead of M.Govidaiah in the order dated 18.06.2026 passed in Crl.O.P.No.15315 of 2026.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has no serious objection for allowing this petition. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
