ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- (The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 14.09.2021 for the offences under Sections 449, 392, 397 and 302 of IPC, in Crime No.309 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seek bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused trespassed into the property of the defacto complainant and robbed money and also murdered her husband. Hence the complaint.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he is no way connected with the alleged offence and he has been falsely implicated in this case since he arranged the marriage of the defacto complainant's daughter with https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

A5 which was opposed by the defacto complainant's family. He would further submit that the petitioner has been suffering incarceration for more than 60 days from 14.09.2021 and he is prepared to abide by any stringent condition that may be imposed by this Court and would pray for grant of bail to the petitioner.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would raise strong objection stating that the petitioner along with other four persons entered into the house of the defacto complainant and murdered her husband and still the investigation is pending. 5.Considering the gravity of offence and the allegation leveled against the petitioner and the fact that the investigation has not been completed, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
