ORDER

Earlier, this court by an order dated 18.10.2024 in the above Criminal Original Petition, granted interim anticipatory bail on condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees five lakhs only) to the credit of Crime No.184 of 2024 before the concerned Magistrate along with two cheques on or before 21.11.2024 and also referred the matter for mediation before the Mediation Centre, Erode.

2. Today, when the matter taken up for hearing under the caption "For reporting compliance", Mr.C.S.Saravanan, learned senior counsel for the petitioner appeared and submitted that the https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

petitioner could not comply the condition imposed by this court. Accordingly, he prayed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submissions of learned counsel for petitioner that he did not comply the condition to deposit the aforesaid amount as imposed by this court, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed and the interim anticipatory bail granted by this court vide order dated 18.10.2024 in Crl.O.P.No. 18855 of 2024 is cancelled.
