ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehends the arrest by the respondent police for an offence under Sections 379 & 430 of I.P.C r/w 21(1) of Mines and Minerls Development Regulation Act 1957 in Crime No.87 of 2021, seeks Anticipatory bail.

2. It is the case of the prosecution that the petitioner along with the other accused persons has illegally transported 10 units of river sand by using two different Lorries, each carrying 5 units of river sand.

3. It is seen from records that this is the fourth Anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner. The previous Anticipatory bail petitions were dismissed by this Court.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submitted that there is no change in circumstances after the previous orders were passed on merits. Hence, the learned Government Advocate vehemently opposed to grant bail to the petitioner.

In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, no change of circumstances arises for considering the fourth Anticipatory bail petition. Hence, this Criminal Original petition is dismissed.
