This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.18058 of 2022 on 10.08.2021 to stay at Attur and report before the Inspector of Police, Attur Police Station twice daily at 10.30 a.m and 5.30 p.m for a period of six weeks and thereafter report before the respondent police twice daily at 10.30 a.m and 5.30 p.m for a period of six weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner has not properly complied with the condition. He would further submit that the investigation has been completed and the final report has also been filed.

3.In reply, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was affected with chicken box and he was unable to travel regularly.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the learned Special Principal and Session District Judge, NDPS Court, Chennai on first working day of every Month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
