The relief sought for in this writ petition is to issue a writ of mandamus, forbearing the respondents from laying underground drainage pipes in T.S.Nos.2570, 2571, 2572, 2573 and 2574, in Cuddalore Taluk, Cuddalore District, except under due process of law.

2.When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

pipelines had already been laid and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

3.Recording the submission so made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition stands closed, granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the authority concerned for any other relief.

No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
