ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to measure the petitioner's property.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner submitted his representation before the respondent to measure the property comprised in S.No.156 to an extent of 3.84 cents situated at Barur Village, Pochampalli Taluk, Krishnagiri District along with requisite fees.

3. Considering the facts and circumstance, the respondent is directed to survey and measure the property which is purchased by the petitioner by the sale deed dated 28.11.2020, registered vide Document No.1808 of 2020, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and adjacent land owners, if any and after giving opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, on payment of requisite feeds.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
