By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The case of the petitioner is that he was originally appointed as a Clerk in the respondents society on 01.09.1983. Thereafter, he was appointed as Secretary on 30.01.1986. By an order of the second respondent dated 21.08.2015, he was placed under suspension. Aggrieved over the order, he preferred https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

a revision before the first respondent on 09.10.2015. Since no order has been passed, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. Heard the submissions of Mr.R.Thamaraiselvan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.L.P.Shanmuga Sundaram, learned Special Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4. This Court, considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and without going into the merits of the case, directs the first respondent to consider the revision petition dated 09.10.2015 filed by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner.
