ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking for a direction to the fifth respondent to effect change in the revenue records the description of the property by substituting the entry Sarkar Poramboke with Sri Ramalinga Sowdeswari Amman Temple Poramboke in respect of the lands comprised in Survey Nos.262/7 and 256/17 situated at Kotamedupatti village, Omalur Taluk, Salem District, based on the petitioner's representation dated 23.05.2025. 2.Admittedly, the aforesaid representation dated 23.05.2025 has not been considered by the respondents till date.

3.No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's representation dated 23.05.2025, as stated supra, is considered, on merits and in accordance with law within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 4.This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.

5.Accordingly, this Court directs the fifth respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated

23.05.2025 seeking to effect change in the revenue records by substituting the entry Sarkar Poramboke with Sri Ramalinga Sowdeswari Amman Temple Poramboke in respect of the lands comprised in Survey Nos.262/7 and 256/17 situated at Kotamedupatti village, Omalur Taluk, Salem District within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
