2. The petitioner claims to be the owner of following house sites:

Registrati on Date 530/1B Panavaram 1600 07.05.2015 Total 3587-1/2 vide registered sale deed dated 13.12.2010 and 07.05.2015 respectively and in the form of representation/application dated 04.04.2016 submitted to the respondents 1 and 2, prays for survey and measurement and despite the receipt of the same, no orders have been passed and hence, came forward to file this Writ Petition.
3. Heard the submissions of Mr.S.Arunkumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.Pattabiraman, learned Government Advocate, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1, 2 and 4.
4. Though the petitioner prayed for a larger relief, this Court in the light of the facts and circumstances and without going into the merits of the same, directs the second respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 04.04.2016 in accordance with law after putting on notice the third respondent and pass orders within a period of ten weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner as well as to the third respondent.
