(CRIME NO.370/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police every Monday at 10.30am till filling charge sheet as imposed in CRL.MP.NO.9478/2021 in Crl.OP.14714/2021 by its order dated 20.09.2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.SARANATH, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.9478 in Crl.O.P.No.14714 of 2021 on 20.09.2021.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect, that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. till the filing of the charge sheet. All other conditions remain unaltered.
