2. In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the endorsement so made, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the concerned trial Court to file an appropriate application upon surrender. If any

application is filed to recall the warrant, the concerned trial Court is directed to dispose of the same on the same day.
