ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 and 2 and learned counsels for the respondents 3 & 4.

2. According to the petitioner, she is the absolute owner of the property measuring an extent of 3190 sq.ft. in Walajabad, Kancheepuram Taluk in Survey No.221/1, vide registered sale deed, dated 19.09.2007.

3. The petitioner has filed this writ petition, challenging the assignment of land in favour of the fourth respondent by the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.7028/2009/A5, dated 08.03.2010 and rejection of the building plan application of the petitioner, dated 23.07.2010.

4. It is now represented that in respect of the same property a Civil Suit in O.S.No.85 of 2010 is pending before the District Munsif Court, Kancheepuram.

5. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and to agitate her right before the competent Civil Court.
