This is the sixth bail petition filed by the petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 23.03.2022 for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366, 366(A), 376(3), 376(2)(n), 506(i) of IPC and Sections 4 and 6 of POCSO Act, 2012 in Crime No.52 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner kidnapped the victim girl aged about 16 years and committed rape on her. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that this the sixth bail petition filed by the petitioner. Earlier, this Court dismissed the bail petitions filed by the petitioner in Crl.O.P.Nos.11679, 14213, 15955, 18286 and 21086 of 2022, on 06.06.2022, 21.06.2022, 08.07.2022, 05.08.2022 and 02.09.2022 respectively. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner had committed a very serious and heinous offence as against the minor victim girl and also taking note of the fact that this Court had dismissed the earlier bail petitions filed by the petitioner and that there is no change of circumstances. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
